kia ora my name is yazmin and on the 18/11/2020 my school went to Kyle park for a fun run. It was for kids can my class had lot's of tinsel and we had Sartre and Mrs clores. my school got to go down a a water slide and a cargo net.

Children's Commissioner

On the 10/11/2020 the Children's Commissioner came into my class. I was so happy. There name's are Peter,Te Ara, Mereana and Erin. They came from Wellington. We played game's, we looked at bullying, we ate subway, we had a chat we done song's and we had a looked at what happen's at my school. My favorite thing we did is playing the game Nough's and Cross because we we had number's I was number 6.

She had spent so long with only the birds for company. Mesmerised by their beauty, Sarah would gaze at them for hours on end, in awe of their weightlessness as they fluttered their wings and rose up; free from the confines of the cage. Perhaps it was because she had watched them so carefully. Perhaps it was because she had wished hard to be as free as they looked when she opened the catch on their tiny prison door. She wasn’t sure why, but one day Sarah rose with the birds as they flew. Little did she know what would happen to her next. I didn’t know why I was flying. But then out of nowhere was that same thing started to talk to me. It was Earth mother papatuanuku said “Kia ora” I wasn't going to be rude. So i said “Hi” I asked. “Why are you talking to you?” “Well I have to tell you that the only reason I am talking to you is because you are an angel and the other angels want you to get your wings,” Papatuanuku replied. Then I said “What is that Why am I flying!” “Yes now i must go and sleep i only got 2 mins of sleep” So I said to the birds “Did you know about this?” So they tweeted I can understand birds they said “Yes we did” the end thank you for reading my hard work.

waking the giant

this week we were using a image as a story starter. check out my tuhituhi. 

The ground began to shake. Birds sprang from the branches of trees in a state of panic as the huge figure crawled out of the earth. First it was an elbow…Then a head…Then a colossal, moss-covered, stone face … An almighty bellow erupted from the giant’s enormous mouth, shaking the windows of the house. He dragged his immense torso out of the ground, then his feet (which were the size of double-decker buses) and stood up to his full height. Menacingly, he turned and strolled towards the house, a look of hunger in his bulging eyes. He looked in the house he saw the human he was he was frightened of the human! He screamed and said “Who are you”!!! “What do you mean I was watching Shortland Street. Now I will get back to watching Shortland Street.” Thank you very much” said the human. Then the giant went to the Tower of London he almost ate the queen but no he did’t because her daughter was mean he did not want a mean queen. Now he has gone to the Tower of London, he is going to Europe he saw a fancy house. It was George Washington’s house. George Washington said to the giant “good afternoon mister giant how are you '' good afternoon George Washington i am good how are you know what i don’t care I will eat you now ” replied the giant. So he as the giant ate George Washington he’s wife came at and said “put him down now” The giant put george washington down and said “Sorry George Washington '' but the giant ate he’s mum! The end thank you.

 We have learnt how to use google canvas as a new tool to  create drawing. This new tool have a variety of colours to choose from and drawing pens,pencils and chalk.Look what I have created.

kia ora today we learnt how to use tour builder to created a voice over using screencastify to share our learning.

the Magic Globe. “Hmmm. Where shall we go this time?” Jeremy asked his brother. “How about there!?” replied Max excitedly. “We’ve always talked about going there!” The brothers both put their fingers on the part of the world they had chosen, and waited for the magic to happen. “I wonder if it will be as fun as our last trip,” mused Jeremy, as the globe began to glow. 

They are going to the east coast. Because  their parents said that they are going to go there in 2 years. But  when Max was 6 and Jeremy was 5. When Max is 10 and Jeremy is 9 when they ask . As the years went by now Max is 31 and Jeremy is 30 they still used the Globe. But 1 day something happened to the globe and it got stolen. But they knew who took the globe. It is Jedi! They did not know why Jedi took it. He probably wanted it to travel the world. At 2.00pm they found their sister. Their sister’s name was hue. She the only one that could speak maori. Hue was found on the east coast. She was so happy that she ran with them all day long, she had so much fun. Then at night they slipped and did not wuck up until morning. The end.

She was 20 when she told her mum and dad that she had powers. Her mum said “omg what” her dad said “haha you're joking”. “No dad” she answered. Then both her parents said “what” at the same time. Her brother was 19 and her sister was 15 her mum is 50 and her dad was 55. She had a 12 year old sister, her name was Alexis and she had a 18 year old sister Her name was yazmin. She had not trusted alexis and yazmin. Because they will tell a lot of their friends. Yazmin has a boyfriend so she will tell him. Darth’s Dream Car

Darth’s Dream Car Darth, like every other villain, had hobbies. Yes, he obviously liked lightsabers and flying around space at catastrophic speeds. He was also fond of trying to eliminate Jedi. However, Darth had a need for speed, and loved nothing more than cruising around in his favourite sports car. He loved the slick, black tyres, the feeling in the pit of his stomach as he accelerated to great speed along a straight stretch of road. He really couldforget all about his troubles, especially those pesky Jedi! This was his time to relax. Was it all about to change? Kia ora my name is yazmin and this is how i meet Darth. NO i do not think that it will change but there will be lot’s on people. The people were nice but 1 day jedi came to destroy the earth. But then came Darth and his car! The car was so cool that it could shoot fire and poop. Then the kids of his town said “came on look at this mum and dad”! But the parents did not crea and Jedi got defeated. He got defeated, he got punched in the face and got nocked out. The kids said “wow”! But Darth’s car didnt samll goood at all no. Then jedis frineds came they were strongre than ever. Darth got another win. But Darth was weak; he had thought that he could not defeat jedis friends. Jedis friends names are, Fear,Limts,Excuses. Thank you now i will so part 2.

The scientists huddled around the machine looking perplexed. Their laboratory was buried deep underground, away from prying eyes. Usually their experiments went completely unnoticed, apart from the occasional smell of sulphur or waft of grey smoke that made its way to the surface, but this particular experiment would certainly not avoid the headlines They were in BIG trouble. They were in so much trouble that when the teacher's back was turned they put up a sign, the sign says kick me. But same of the time the sign says, I am a poop! I know it is funny. Sometimes the sign says the Children are cool. But when the sign says kick me the Children kick him! The Gravity is not there because they are on a Different plant. The planet's name is Mars! Then the teacher came back with a new student,that student was nice and the student was weird! The student said hi how are you! Then something weird happened, all of a sudden the lights went at. part 2 is comeing

The Old Railroad It had been many years since the shrill shriek of a steam train puffing along the track had been heard in these parts. The Northern Railroad had been discontinued after the great disaster on June 11th, 1911. Ever since that day, the Railroad company had been nothing but a distant memory, a story to be told around the campfire late into the night. As the group sat around their newly constructed camp, listening to the crackle of the flames as they licked up into the night, their minds wandered back to the stories they had heard from their fathers. So absorbed were they in the moment, and the mesmerizing glow of the fire, that it was hard to tell if the shrill shriek coming from the distance was part of their imaginations. They say that there are zombies on the train that are going to come and get us all! Then some ghosts appear and some aliens come. Then one of the aliens said “come here to me”. The humans said “no”, so that is when the war started. The humans got eaten. Now the ghosts and the aliens role the word. But 2 humans didn't get eaten, they worked together to get rid of the aliens and ghosts! But the aliens and ghosts had to eat them so they did! That was sad but they had to do it, then something happened, there was standing right behind them there was the holce! They were going to run but the holce took them and said “can i have a hag”? Then they said “why yes you can have a hag”. “Thank you,” said the holce. They ask him why he is sad and he says that he lost a Fight. Then the holce crashed into them, he had a kid, a wife. But the kid was named Braxton, Braxton’s mum’s name is Te’ Puna. But they all had to hide but not holce. But the holce was 57 and the kid was 7 and the wife was only 47. Part 2 will be coming soon.

Once upon a time there was a town called New York. New York was going to war because the USA people wanted to take New York. But the New York people wanted to stay in New York so they said no. Then the USA people said to them that they are going to take down the Statue of Liberty and that is when Jim had heard the last word on the radio, and all of a sudden the lights went out… Then the people said we must fight for the Statue of Liberty so they did. Once upon a time there was a king named King Richard. King Richard was rich.King Richard was the most unpleasant King that his Kingdom had ever had. Because when they went to war he did not help he stayed in bed and slept all day. The villages felt unsettled because their king did not help fight for his kingdom. He did not want to help fight for his kingdom and the villages were mad at the king. The king decided to flee his kingdom by running away.
